Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan merupakan pemekaran dari Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 4 Tahun 2016 tentang Pembentukan dan Susunan Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 68 Tahun 2016 tentang Kedudukan, Susunan Organisasi, Tugas dan Fungsi serta Tata Kerja Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, Peraturan Bupati Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Nomor 100 Tahun 2018 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Bupati Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Nomor 68 Tahun 2016 tentang Kedudukan, Susunan Organisasi, Tugas dan Fungsi serta Tata Kerja Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu memiliki tugas dan fungsi melaksanakan penyusunan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan daerah dibidang Perindustrian dan Perdagangan serta dapat melaksanakan wewenang yang diserahkan oleh Pemerintah Kepada Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.

TUGAS POKOK DAN FUNGSI

Sekretaris Disperindag

Sekretaris mempunyai tugas membantu Kepala Dinas dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan data, pengkoordinasian, pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian serta evaluasi penyusunan program dan anggaran, ketatausahaan, pembinaan kepegawaian, rumah tangga dan perlengkapan, kehumasan serta keuangan. Sekretaris dalam melaksanakan tugasnya menyelenggarakan fungsi sebagai berikut:

  • Penyusunan program dan anggaran bidang umum, program dan keuangan;
  • Pengkoordinasian penyusunan program dan anggaran Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan;
  • Penyelenggaraan ketatausahaan;
  • Pembinaan kepegawaian;
  • Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana;
  • Penyelenggaraan fungsi kehumasan;
  • Pengelolaan keuangan;
  • Pengkoordinasian dan pelaksanaan monitoring, evaluasi dan pelaporan;;
  • Pelaksanaan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Kepala Dinas sesuai dengan bidang tugas dan fungsinya.
  • Penyelenggaraan urusan rumah tangga dan perjalanan dinas;

Kepala Dinas Disperindag

Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu mempunyai tugas merencanakan, mengkoordinasikan, melaksanakan perumusan kebijakan teknis, pelaksanaan kebijakan, pelaksanaan evaluasi dan pelaporan, pelaksanaan administrasi dinas, membina, mengawasi dan mengendalikan serta mengevaluasi urusan Pemerintahan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan. Untuk melaksanakan tugas pokok ini Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Daerah mempunyai fungsi sebagai berikut :

  • Penyusunan rencana program dan anggaran di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan.
  • Pengkoordinasian pelaksanaan tugas di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan.
  • Pemberian kajian teknis perizinan dan/atau rekomendasi.
  • Pengelolaan urusan kesekretariatan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan.
  • Pembinaan, pemantauan, pengawasan dan pengendalian serta monitoring, evaluasi dan pelaporan pelaksanaan tugas Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan.
  • Pelaksanaan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Bupati sesuai dengan bidang tugas dan fungsinya.
